Friday, September 1 — Sunday, September 3

Rivendell Writers’ Colony in Sewanee, TN

For many practitioners, writing and yoga are conduits to personal inquiry. Both require intention and attention. In this workshop, we will reflect on individual writing and yoga practices and develop new strategies to sustain them in our daily lives. By the end of the weekend, participants will have explored how yoga and meditation can lead to authentic writing, generated several new poems, received one-on-one consultations, and created realistic action plans to continue these practices at home.

More details about the weekend can be found here.

Reserve your spot with a $100 deposit. The remaining $395 is due on or before arrival.
